Your responsibility:   Package and ship the product back to us. We accept various carriers, with USPS Priority Mail (small box) often being the most reliable and cost-effective. Properly insure box against loss.  We are not responsible for lost boxes. 

Refunds: Credit card refunds will be applied to the original card. Check or money order refunds may take up to two weeks.
